There has always been a misconception that venison is tough, gamey and only for casseroles, when in fact its exceedingly tender, very versatile and absolutely no drama to prepare.   The venison is butchered on-site in our registered butchery where we can offer portions suitable for two people, families or larger celebratory occasions and when the weather permits, BBQ’s.  To maximise from it’s freshness the meat is butchered, graded, packed and frozen on the same day.  We supply independent butchers, restaurants, pubs and the public.
